We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at GVA PARTNERS LIMITED. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to fill IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and technical requirements.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on relevant media platforms.
  • Screen applicants for technical competency and match them with job requirements.
  • Arrange interviews and conduct background checks.
  • Present top candidate resumes to hiring managers and facilitate job offers.
  • Manage applicant tracking and maintain open communication with applicants.
  • Forecast recruitment budgets and optimize hiring processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 2.1 GPA.
  • Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of technology, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
  • Experience in technical recruitment and proficiency in relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
