Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative at DevRecruit, you will be responsible for generating new recruitment leads and sales opportunities, and working with our existing customers to grow our business. You will need to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain constant communication with current and future clients, maintaining the trust they have in the company and products.
  • Proactively look for recruitment deals and opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Utilize knowledge of industry trends, product capabilities, and service options to generate new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Implement new sales proposals, concepts, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop presentations, demonstrations, and diagrams to effectively communicate with prospects and showcase our products and services.
  • Research and source equipment, parts, and supplies, as well as samples, manuals, and other literature to support our sales efforts.
  • Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and build strong, lasting connections.
  • Knowledge of recruitment industries and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • 5+ years' experience in technical sales, with a strong understanding of computer technology and its applications.
