Market Growth Strategist

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our clientele and drive sustainable financial growth. As the front of our company, you will develop and apply an effective sales strategy to boost sales and forge strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote our products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
- Provide trustworthy feedback, after-sales support, and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
- Proven sales track record and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Market knowledge and ability to build rapport with clients.
