As a Sales Representative at Archware Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with clients in your designated territory. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating and closing sales deals, and developing long-term relationships with existing clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.

**Required Skills and Qualifications Include:**


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role (1-3 years minimum).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • The ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and goal orientation.
