Sales Growth Specialist

As a Sales Representative at Archware Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with clients in your designated territory. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating and closing sales deals, and developing long-term relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
**Required Skills and Qualifications Include:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role (1-3 years minimum).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- The ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and goal orientation.
