About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that align with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of entire digital marketing function, including campaigns across search engines, social media, and email platforms.
- Leading the marketing team and developing customer acquisition strategies.
- Analysis of data to drive business decisions and continuous optimization to meet growth targets.
- Leadership and management of paid ad campaigns across search engines and social media platforms.
- Development and implementation of SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Overseeing email marketing and content marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Optimization of campaigns to enhance customer acquisition across all digital touchpoints.
- Development and execution of strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Maintenance of a consistent brand voice across social media channels.
- Overseeing the creation of high-quality content (images, videos, stories, reels, and articles).
- Collaboration with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement.
- Monitoring engagement metrics and refining strategies based on performance insights.
- Building and leading a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Fostering professional growth within the team and setting clear performance expectations.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media platforms, etc.).
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of paid ad campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage a team and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Experience in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Proven ability to drive growth through innovative, data-driven campaigns.
- Creative mindset with a focus on strategic growth.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels and their integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth marketing, with proven success in both digital and traditional channels.
- Strong track record of driving growth through data-driven decision-making and innovative campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media platforms, digital ad tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
