Job Title: Chief Growth StrategistBasic Salary: NegotiableAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team as a Chief Growth Strategist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success.
- You will be responsible for generating sales of our TPA and food metal detectors with existing and new clients prospects.
- Securing sales for Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Fire Suppression systems, Portable Fire Extinguisher, Mobile Foam Equipment, Fire Rescue Equipment, and Fire Rapid Intervention Vehicles.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and closing deals.
- Preparing and delivering engaging presentations on our products and services.
- Conducting site inspections with prospective clients to demonstrate our offerings.
- Representing the company at exhibitions and conferences to showcase our expertise.
- Negotiating and closing deals while handling customer complaints or objections.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve collective success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a B.Sc./HND degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the safety/Security and Engineering equipment sectors.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- The ability to learn quickly and a passion for sales.
- Self-motivation with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in creating compelling presentations.
- A proven track record of successful sales achievements.
