Business Growth Strategist

The Business Development Manager will oversee the growth of existing accounts while exploring new business opportunities in the Retail, SME, and Corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate accounts, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Product Development & Market Strategy:
- Conduct market research to inform product development and ensure alignment with customer demands.
- Implement targeted marketing initiatives to enhance brand positioning and drive awareness in the financial sector.
- Asset Creation & Profit Maximization:
- Focus on quality asset creation and deposit mobilization to support revenue targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and leverage market insights to adapt business strategies effectively.
- Sales Support & Lead Generation:
- Lead sales and marketing efforts, participating in pre-proposal meetings and site visits as needed for client acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and generate leads through targeted outreach.
- Internal: Collaborate with all departments and management teams.
- External: Engage with customers, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial bank or financial services company.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in marketing, relationship management, and client servicing.
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals and corporate accounts.
- Proficient in digital marketing, including social media and content strategies.
- Skilled in sales, negotiation, and client engagement.
- Strong analytical and commercial insight with project management skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in simplifying complex information.
