Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deposit Mobilization Specialist to join our team at Trident Microfinance Bank. This is a key role that involves building relationships with clients to promote and engage the bank's products, ensuring satisfactory service delivery, and generating sales leads to expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or Higher National Diploma (HND) with 4 years of experience in the microfinance industry.
  • Prior experience as a deposit mobilization officer in a financial institution.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
