Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience working in a front desk or customer service role.

  • Managing the front desk and ensuring it remains tidy and well-stocked
  • Greeting and welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, and addressing complaints
  • Answering incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary, and keeping messages
  • Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and emails
  • Preparing outgoing mail, securing parcels, and monitoring office supplies
  • Maintaining updated records and files, and monitoring office expenses
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service position
  • Familiarity with office machines and basic bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer service orientation
