We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bookteller Nigeria. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing our customers' experiences.

Responsibilities- Sort and dispatch mail, SMS, and direct messages efficiently
- Compose memoranda, reports, letters, and other documents with precision
- Onboard vendors and maintain customer records while providing administrative support
- Manage office supplies inventory and procure new items as needed
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and confirm bookings
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars effectively
- Welcome visitors to the office and provide necessary information
- Resolve office-related issues promptly
- Must possess a minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in customer care service
- Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills

- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets)
Estimated Salary: ₦120,000 - ₦180,000 per month
