We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Managing Director in achieving strategic objectives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
  • Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and compile data to aid in decision-making.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
