We are seeking an experienced Strategic Legal Professional to join our team at PRUVIA INTEGRATED LIMITED.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents, including wills, trusts, estates, contracts, and deeds. Key responsibilities will include preparing pleadings, notices, and making appearances in court as required.

Additionally, the individual will apply effective risk management techniques and provide proactive advice on potential legal issues. This will involve drafting and solidifying agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.

The ideal candidate will also specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance. They will be responsible for monitoring legal risk in documentation and providing guidance on acceptable assumptions of risk.

To ensure that all legal requirements are met, the Strategic Legal Professional will ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed. They will also attend court sessions and liaise with external counsel regarding litigation, arbitration, tax appeals, and dispute resolution proceedings.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated to be £60,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring the company's success.
