Job Description
">The primary responsibility of this position will be to plan, lead, and manage activities related to the identification, pursuit, and capture of commercial sales opportunities. This will be accomplished by identifying potential leads, assisting in managing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) process, working with leadership to coordinate and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs), and partnering with marketing to prepare messaging and collateral information for client distribution.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop growth strategies and plans: Create and implement comprehensive growth strategies that drive revenue and expansion.">
- Generate leads, cold call prospective customers and close deals: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and work to close deals through effective communication and negotiation.">
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients: Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and identify new opportunities for growth.">
- Have in-depth knowledge of products and value propositions: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.">
- Negotiate with stakeholders: Effectively negotiate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.">
- Identify and mapping business strength and customer needs: Analyze business strengths and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement.">
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams: Continuously research and identify new business opportunities and income streams to drive growth.">
- Follow industry trends locally and internationally: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure we remain competitive.">
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement: Regularly report on successes and areas for improvement to inform strategic decision-making.">
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world: Continuously update knowledge of business trends and changes to stay ahead of the competition.">
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.">
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational changes and improvements.">
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business: Take a strategic approach to driving business growth and improvement.">
