Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Lagos Ikeja. This role involves providing administrative support, maintaining a clean and organized office environment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas, are cleaned and well-maintained daily.
- Office Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office.
- Hospitality Duties: Prepare and serve beverages to staff and guests as required.
- Logistical Support: Assist in the arrangement of office furniture and equipment when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a cleaner, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basket understanding of office equipment and supplies.
- Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning and light lifting duties.
