Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Marbleclear Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support in the recruitment process, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining policies on leave management.

About You
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR and administrative functions is required.
  • You must have proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain policies on leave management, travel, and headcount. They will also ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements and interface with industry regulators and government agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide end-to-end support in the recruitment process, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  2. Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation in line with company policies.
  3. Develop and maintain policies on leave management, travel, and headcount.
  4. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
  5. Interface with industry regulators and government agencies.
  6. Produce and distribute an employee handbook outlining labour contracts, rights, and privileges in line with company policies.
  7. Initiate and manage reward, recognition, and benefits programs to boost employee engagement.
  8. Provide support for creating a conducive work environment and facility maintenance.
  9. Manage monthly payroll in alignment with standard practices and regulatory requirements.
  10. Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions.
  11. Support the organization's capacity-building efforts by coordinating training programs and workshops.
  12. Manage travel arrangements, including ticketing and hotel reservations for staff as applicable.
  13. Procure and validate business licenses and permits to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Develop and enforce SLAs for HR-related service contracts.
  15. Implement policies and controls to protect company assets and ensure their effective utilization.
  16. Provide insights for continuous improvement of HR processes and protocols.
