Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Business Development Officer to contribute to our expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and drive sustainable revenue growth through enhanced sales and strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain current client relationships and identify potential areas for growth.
  2. Develop and improve sales through various strategies and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with executives to design and implement marketing strategies and explore new opportunities.
  4. Ensure the company meets its revenue targets.
  5. Pitch ideas for potential investors and stakeholders.
  6. Promote the company's products/services aligning with clients' objectives.
  7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in the manufacturing industry (minimum of 1+ year).
  • A proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with market trends and developments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
