Job Description:



  • Data Validation and Handover: As a Data Control Services Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures for data validation and handover to operations teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that data is accurately transferred and meets company-specific delivery procedures.
  • Data Preparation: You will prepare specifications for data requirements, controls, and deliveries based on company procedures and standards. This includes developing project data control procedures that cover data validation and handover to operations teams.
  • Reference Data Libraries: You will lead the preparation and maintenance of project reference data libraries for each data-oriented application. This involves managing collection, integration, and validation of data from contractors and internal project stakeholders into central data repositories.
  • Data Management: You will manage the collection, integration, and validation of data from contractors and/or internal project stakeholders into central data repositories. This includes leading the handover of data sets across different project phases.
  • Performance Reporting: You will monitor project progress with respect to data statuses and KPI/performance reporting. You will also be responsible for managing services provided by offshore data support contractors (e.g., data scraping).

Requirements:



  • Experience: We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in data control services. Your experience should include data validation, handover, and management.
  • Skills: You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology) is required.
