Vivo Mobile Nigeria is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Mobile Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who can promote our mobile phones & accessories brand, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in retail stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote vivo mobile phones and accessories in retail stores
  • Meet and exceed achievable sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Develop strong product knowledge and demonstrate features to customers and retail staff
  • Collaborate with retail staff to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the telecom or (mobile phone) retail industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Product knowledge and understanding of mobile phone technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent to SSCE, NCE, or OND
  • Good fitness level
