
Domestic Appliance Sales Specialist

BEST SERVICE RAYA is looking for a highly motivated Domestic Appliance Sales Specialist to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. As a vital member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and conversion to meet our business goals.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in home appliances and electronics products. A strong background in wholesale and key account management is essential, along with a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Admin, Marketing, or a related field.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Exploring new dealer opportunities in the designated area
- Providing exceptional support to registered dealers to ensure they receive timely assistance and order fulfillment
- Regularly visiting inactive dealers to gauge their needs and challenges, and reporting back to management
- Exceeding revenue targets and other performance metrics set by your manager
- Nurturing strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and growth opportunities
You'll also be expected to analyze market trends to identify potential product or service opportunities that align with our business strategy.
