Job Overview
Globe Williams Facilities Management Ltd seeks a highly motivated Strategic Growth Specialist to enhance our Sales team and build a robust portfolio of client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Identifying new business opportunities through lead follow-up and research on target clients
• Generating new business prospects by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
• Developing strong relationships with our existing portfolio of clients
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• A strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in consultative sales and the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
