
Accounting and Inventory Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounting and inventory operations. This includes overseeing the management of invoicing, payments, and reconciliation processes, as well as ensuring statutory compliances and handling government requests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the accounting and inventory teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement new procedures to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial data entry and reconciliation.
- Provide regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to prevent financial irregularities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
