Job Description:

The Senior Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and leading a team of associates. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate shop floor staff to deliver outstanding customer service, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide training as needed.">
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.">
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring that all staff adhere to customer service standards.">
  • Sales and Promotions: Implement sales strategies and promotional activities, monitor sales performance, and suggest improvements to drive sales.">
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, conduct regular audits to maintain store standards.">
