The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development (OD) professional to join our team. As an OD specialist, you will play a key role in driving transformational initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement OD Strategies: Develop and execute OD strategies to enhance business efficiency, employee productivity, and organisational culture.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Teams: Collaborate with leadership teams to assess organisational needs and implement change initiatives.
  • Drive Change and Influence: Drive change and influence leadership teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Organisational Development.
  • Proven experience in a consulting firm is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in change management, leadership development, and organisational design.
