Job Summary:

Ralds and Agate Limited is seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development (OD) professional to drive transformational initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OD and a strong background in HR consulting.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement OD strategies that align with business goals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing OD strategies to enhance business efficiency, employee productivity, and organisational culture, as well as collaborating with leadership teams to assess organisational needs and implement change initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organisational Development Strategy: Develop and execute OD strategies to enhance business efficiency, employee productivity, and organisational culture.
  • Change Management & Culture Transformation: Design and implement change management frameworks to support organisational transitions, and facilitate cultural transformation initiatives to align with business objectives and enhance employee experience.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build management capability, and identify and implement talent development initiatives to support career growth and succession planning.
  • Organisational Design & Workforce Planning: Conduct workforce analysis and design organisational structures that optimise efficiency, provide insights and recommendations on role design, team dynamics, and competency frameworks.
  • Employee Engagement & Performance Management: Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, design and implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • HR Policy & Process Improvement: Assess and enhance HR policies, processes, and programs to improve employee satisfaction and business alignment, ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on OD initiatives, collaborate with business leaders to drive people-related strategies that support business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Organisational Development.
  • Proven experience in a consulting firm is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in change management, leadership development, and organisational design.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and interventions that drive business performance.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
