Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage app deployments, and coordinate cross-functional teams. This position is key to ensuring timely project completion, seamless collaboration, and effective marketing efforts that engage our target audience.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Oversee the deployment of applications, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions for future reference.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between game developers, animators, marketers, and other teams.
- Maintain accountability by tracking completed action items and summarizing meeting outcomes.
- Design and deliver engaging teaser graphics and marketing materials that capture audience interest.
- Consistently produce high-quality marketing content to meet specified goals and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a 12-month social media content calendar, ensuring regular and engaging posts.
- Set up bulk email campaigns and engagement funnels targeting African Diaspora parents.
- Analyze and report email campaign performance, including metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Plan marketing expenditures across advertising channels, ensuring budgets are adhered to and ROI is maximized.
- Prepare financial summaries detailing budget utilization and ROI from marketing initiatives.
- Document and evaluate collaboration campaigns, providing insights into their outcomes and impact.
- Conduct post-launch surveys to gather user feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify improvement areas.
- Analyze user feedback and implement necessary updates to enhance user experiences.
- Oversee the development and performance of interactive language games, tracking engagement metrics.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports highlighting activities, challenges, and outcomes for management review.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in tech or marketing environments.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Fluency in speaking and writing Igbo, Yoruba, or Hausa is an advantage.
