Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Janitorial Operations Coordinator to join our team at BERNOL. As a Janitorial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Oversee the cleaning and sanitizing of all facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request reorders as necessary.
  • Train and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role-

  • You should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.
  • You should have knowledge of cleaning products and procedures.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
