Job Summary:
The Sales and Supply Officer is responsible for managing sales operations and ensuring the efficient supply of products to meet customer demands. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize inventory levels, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Management:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- **Supply Chain Coordination:**
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Customer Service:**
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- **Reporting and Analysis:**

- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
