About the Role

As a Reception and Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors to Campus Technologies Ltd. This includes greeting students, parents, and tutors warmly and professionally, providing information about our services, programs, and policies, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage the front desk and ensure a clean and organized reception area
* Greet students, parents, and tutors warmly and professionally
* Provide information about Campus Technologies Ltd's services, programs, and policies
* Assist with appointment scheduling, student registration, payment processing, and other administrative tasks
* Respond to email inquiries and forward messages to the appropriate staff members
