Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring seamless execution of sales activities.
Sales Strategy and Business Development:
- Develop strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a high-end sales environment.
Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in any discipline.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong client management and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
