The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, nurture them through effective follow-ups, and convert these leads into sales. A proven track record in sales, particularly within the Real Estate industry, is essential for success in this position.
">The successful candidate will have a strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service while exceeding revenue targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, lead nurturing and follow-up, sales conversion and revenue growth, client engagement, negotiation, and reporting.
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Real Estate Industry;">
- A proven track record of demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion;">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach;">
- Extensive knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions;">
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools;">
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong adaptability and self-motivation.">
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include lead conversion rate, revenue growth, and achieving or exceeding sales revenue targets.
