We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Pruvia Integrated Limited. This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional customer service skills, have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Real Estate industry, and are driven to exceed revenue targets.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, nurture them through effective follow-ups, and convert these leads into Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and generating new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms;
  • Conducting timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients; and
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The following KPIs will be used to measure the success of this role:

  • Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into sales;
  • Revenue Growth: Achieving or exceeding sales revenue targets;
  • Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and high customer retention rates;
  • Upsell/Cross-Sell Success: Additional revenue generated through upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the Real Estate Industry;
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion;
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach;
  • Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools;
  • Self-motivated, and highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is N100,000 per month, plus a commission of 10% on sales revenue. Other attractive benefits include:
