Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, highlighting the value of our services.
  • Identify and qualify leads, utilizing your persuasive communication skills to generate interest.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of telemarketing strategies with current campaigns and promotions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is required, as is excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are also essential.
