
Remote Sales Professional

Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking a Remote Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating new business opportunities through telemarketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, highlighting the value of our services.
- Identify and qualify leads, utilizing your persuasive communication skills to generate interest.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of telemarketing strategies with current campaigns and promotions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is required, as is excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are also essential.
