Job Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset to consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
