Job Summary:


We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BLAKSKILL LIMITED. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and represent the organization professionally to all visitors and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Welcoming guests, clients, and customers as they arrive.
  • Providing information and answering visitor questions professionally.
  • Managing phone and communication effectively, including answering incoming calls and directing them to the right department.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, as well as managing meeting room bookings.
  • Maintaining organized calendars for meetings and events.
  • Supporting general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate handling of all admin-related duties.
  • Monitoring visitor access and enforcing security protocols.
  • Maintaining accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and administrative activities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience in the solar industry and customer support is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on helping others.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling tools.
