We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join Fort Knox Outsourcing as a Properties Sales Development Manager.
About the Role:- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and expand existing client relationships.
- Schedule property viewings with potential clients, ensuring seamless interactions from initial contact to closure.
- Provide expert knowledge about properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently, focusing on high sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Bachelor's Degree (or related field) with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Superb negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
