About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Executive to join our team at Blakskill Limited. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across your designated territories.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories and build strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Maintain product availability in retail outlets, supermarkets, or distributor warehouses to ensure seamless customer experience.
Sales Performance Management
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the team to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency.
Territory Management & Customer Service
  • Manage a designated sales territory, ensuring effective coverage and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
