The commission on each sale is 3% on the building and 10% on land, with additional remuneration for successful transactions.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. This role involves generating leads through various channels, providing clients with detailed information about properties, scheduling viewings, negotiating terms, and closing sales transactions.
