We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion regarding sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Female Chartered Accountant with a valid certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
