Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents
- Prepare accounts up to Trial Balance level, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Input transactions into the Company Software package, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain Inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring inventory accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate banking of cash sales, including depositing cash receipts into the company bank account
- Maintain the branch Imprest Account, including reconciling account balances and ensuring adequate funds are available
