Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ibadan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Sales Strategy Development
- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive insights
- Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage
