Job Summary
The Human Resource and Admin Manager will lead the company's people and administrative strategy to ensure that our culture, systems, and processes support Edves' continued growth across multiple markets.
This role will oversee both Human Resources and Administrative functions, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while maintaining efficient office operations, compliance, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate is

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support company objectives and growth plans.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, retention, and exit.
- Implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs that enhance motivation and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Use HR data analytics to track performance, engagement, and turnover.
- Lead staff engagement, culture-building, and welfare initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and documentation.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring a well-structured and efficient work environment.
- Manage office logistics, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Supervise facility management and ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Maintain accurate records for company assets, supplies, and operational expenses.
- Support compliance and documentation requirements for company policies and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate company-wide meetings, retreats, and events.
- Provide administrative support to management and ensure alignment between departments.
- Drive digitization and automation in administrative processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources and Administrative Management, preferably in a tech-driven or fast-paced organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and office administration.
- Excellent command of digital productivity tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to balance people management with operational efficiency.
- A proactive, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented mindset.
