Role Description
This is a full time role for a Human Resource & Admin Manager, based in Lagos. The Human Resource & Admin Manager will oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Administrative tasks will include policy development, office management, and coordinating organizational procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of which 2 years must be in a managerial role
- Strong proficiency in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations
- Skills in Policy Development, Compliance, and Organizational Administration
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for team collaboration and conflict resolution
- Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to develop and implement HR strategies effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- Experience in a managerial role is an advantage
