*Position Overview*
We are looking for highly motivated Business Development Associates and Sales Executives who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
This role is strictly commission-based and best suited for individuals who are confident in their selling abilities and results-driven.
*Key Responsibilities*
Business Development Associate
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Research and prospect potential clients and markets
Initiate and maintain professional relationships with prospects
Support proposal development and client onboarding processes
Track leads, pipelines, and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals
*Sales Executive*
Actively sell Elevet Limited's services to prospective clients
Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct sales presentations and follow-ups
Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business
*Requirements*
Proven interest or experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets without close supervision
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and resilient
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is an advantage
Access to a smartphone or laptop and stable internet connection
