Business Development & Wealth Management Agent

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Senior Associate, Business Development & Wealth Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Business Development & Wealth Management Agent to grow the company's fixed-tenure investment portfolio, acquire high-net-worth clients, and deliver excellent advisory services within our fast-growing digital lending startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new high-net-worth clients and manage existing relationships.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment solutions.
  • Manage and optimize client investment portfolios.
  • Prepare and present sales pitches and investment proposals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Provide tailored wealth advisory and maintain strong client engagement.

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or wealth management (preferably in financial services or asset management).
  • Proven portfolio management and sales track record.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
