Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Broker Sales Executive based in Abuja, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The Broker Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brokers and partners, driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities for our bank, and managing client accounts. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, preparing sales reports, and participating in sales meetings and presentations to align with organizational objectives.

**Salary: 156k -200k with a competitive commission.

Note: we need one with a financial background or one with the right network to achieve target.
Qualifications**

  • Strong sales, networking, and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with brokers and partners
  • Proficiency in market research, identifying business opportunities, and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with financial products or services is a plus
  • The ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
