Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Abuja, Nigeria. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospects, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include presenting and promoting company services, understanding client needs, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis and reporting to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation and client relationship management
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to effectively present services and close deals
  • Market Research and Analytical skills to track industry trends and provide actionable insights
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with real estate or construction markets is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
