HotSports Nigeria Ltd, a pioneering sports marketing and media company with almost 30 years of industry leadership, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive (Mid-Level) to join its vibrant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, skilled in integrated marketing, and able to support the execution of high-impact campaigns across digital, broadcast, and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for sports events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships.
  • Manage content creation, social media calendars, and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing assets with internal teams—production, digital, commercial, and activations.
  • Assist in developing proposals, decks, and client presentations.
  • Provide on-site support during sports events, activations, and live productions.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare concise reports and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in marketing (sports, media, entertainment, or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong communication and creative skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent organisational and project management ability.
  • A genuine passion for sports and understanding of the Nigerian sports ecosystem.
