Presales Engineer

About the Role
The ideal candidate will provide technical and system solution support to the Sales Team — designing and presenting innovative IT, RF, and Fiber solutions that meet customer needs and uphold LinkOrgNet's technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Design network and IT infrastructure (RF, Fiber, Virtualization, Cloud).
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Liaise with OEMs, distributors, and 3rd-party vendors for accurate solution pricing.
• Provide technical training and support to both sales teams and clients.
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Pre-Sales or Technical Sales within the ISP or Telecoms industry.
• Strong knowledge of RF, Fiber, IT Infrastructure, and Security Solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP) are an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
