Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos Mainland for the role of Marketing Manager - New Categories. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving strategy and execution for launching and promoting new product categories, conducting market research, identifying trends, and developing innovative marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing product positioning, brand building, managing partnerships, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business objectives effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Manager will also oversee the creation and implementation of impactful marketing content, strategies, and projects aligned with market needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Marketing, Brand Management, and Product Development
  • Skills in Strategic Planning, Research, and Analysis
  • Proficiency in Campaign Management, Innovative Problem-Solving, and Market Trend Analysis
  • Exceptional Communication, Project Management, and Organizational skills
  • Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or food and agribusiness industries is advantageous
  • Ability to work on-site and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree will be considered an asset
