Role Description

As a full-time Sales Manager at WeGoo, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build customer relationships. You will lead and drive sales revenue, manage client accounts, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities. This is an on-site position located in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, where you will collaborate closely with other teams to achieve organizational goals and support customer success.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Strategic Thinking, Market Analysis, and Competitor Research expertise
  • Leadership and Team Management capabilities with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics for sales performance tracking
  • Ability to work on-site in Ikeja, Lagos and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (minimum requirement)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth is preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or a similar industry is a strong advantage
